Who I am
Hi, I'm Kaitlynn — a Business Economics and Marketing student at the University of San Diego with a minor in Business Analytics and a 3.98 GPA. I'm passionate about the intersection of data, brand strategy, and consumer behavior, with a focus on the retail and entertainment industries.
My experience spans both sides of retail — from the sales floor to the strategy behind it. I've led teams, ranked #1 of 18 associates in sales performance, and currently work at Urban Outfitters where I analyze daily sales trends and collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product placement. In the classroom, I've executed real campaigns for real clients, including a live Google Ads campaign that generated 16,608 impressions and a 6.82% click-through rate.
I'm driven by the idea that the best brand decisions aren't made on instinct alone — they're backed by data, shaped by consumer insight, and executed with strategy. Whether I'm building a paid media plan, analyzing market research, or optimizing a campaign in real time, I bring curiosity, precision, and a results-oriented mindset to everything I do.
